A secure web based management system that could control the ordering for 88 health clubs that required :-

• The ability to control spend by detailed reporting and budget control when orders are being placed by individual clubs.
• Budget control by cost centres.
• The system needs to be updated quickly and give real time reporting.
• The system must have online authorisation in order to control what users can order.
• For each product to have pictures and full descriptions, that can be viewed on line.
• The ability to view spend by each club and by product.
• To give up to date stock information.
